The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 93 days in representing appeal, challenging the award, dated 30.06.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.

127 of 2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Subordinate Judge, to deal with MCOP cases, Dindigul.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
