ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.707 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.56 of 2025, by order dated 22.01.2025.

2. This Court, while suspending the sentence on 22.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.707 of 2025, directed the petitioner to appear before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge for CBI Cases, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition from 07.02.2025.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition from 07.02.2025, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.707 of 2025.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
