ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.136 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The first petitioner is the husband of the defacto complainant. He is said to have assaulted the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant incurred expenditure for getting treatment. The petitioner undertakes to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of Crime No.136 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur. It is open to the defacto complainant to withdraw the same.

3.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, and on executing bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 4.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
