PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents No.1 to 7 to remove Recreation Club attached with Bar namely Joy Recreation Club operating by the Respondent No.8 situated at Junction of Thirumangalam-Usilampatti National Highways at Thirumangalam, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2021 and 31.03.2022 within the time stipulated by the Court.

ORDER

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 5 and 7 and the learned counsel for the 6th respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 11.02.2021 and 31.03.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing such orders, the petitioner shall also be heard in person or through an authorized representative of the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
