O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the guise of enquiry on the basis of false complaint given by one Viswanathan.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that a case in Cr.No.1472 of 2015 has been registered against the son of the petitioner for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 I.P.C. and he is absconding and the respondent police had only called the petitioner to know the whereabouts of the petitioner's son.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry.
