To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No. 9212/2025 in Crl.A(MD)No.311 of 2024 dated 17.12.2025 ie., condition (iii) the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Addukkamparai Police Station.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of condition imposed by this Court while suspending the sentence in Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 9212 of 2025 by an order dated 17.12.2025.

2. This Court imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner will stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Addukkamparai Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the petitioner had complied with the above said condition from 05.01.2026 onwards.

4. Considering the reasons assigned by this Court in the earlier order dated 17.12.2025, for imposing such a condition, we are inclined to modify the said condition and there shall be a direction to the petitioner to report

before the respondent Police every Friday at 05.30 p.m., until further orders, apart from reporting before the trial Court during the first working day of every month, pending disposal of the appeal.
