O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.71 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same against the petitioners.

2.Today when the matter is called, the petitioners/A1 to A9 and the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainant appeared in person with their respective counsel. They have filed a joint Memorandum of compromise stating that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and the de-facto complainant has no objection to quash the proceedings Crime No.71 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the statement made by the parties and the joint compromise memo filed by them, no fruitful purpose will be achieved to proceed further in this matter.

4.In view of that, this petition is allowed and the entire proceedings in Crime No.71 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent police, is quashed against the petitioners. The joint compromise memo shall form part of the record. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
