O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint of the Petitioner dated 11.10.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.10.2016, a case in Crime No.29 of 2016 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 355 and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.29 of 2016 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
