This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent not to harass the Petitioner by way of interfering with the matter purely family dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry with regard to the family dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of a complaint pending against him and that the respondent police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 08.12.2016. He also produced the copy of the closure report before the Court. He further submitted that since the complaint has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed, there is no scope for harassment, as alleged by the petitioner.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
