This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not interfere into the civil matter in the petitioner's property at the instance of the 2nd and 3rd respondent or any other person without any orders from the competent civil Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner would not at all called for any enquiry by the respondent police. He further submitted that no complaint and no petition is pending against the petitioner as on today. 4. In view of the above submission of the learned
