ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.04.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of I.P.C, in Crime No. 71 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.It appears that it is a case of chain snatching. The first petitioner is having one previous case that is similar in nature. The second petitioner is having eight previous cases and they are pending trial.

3.Taking note of the above antecedents, it is most unsafe to grant them bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
