2. This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondent to register the complaint of the Petitioner dated 04.08.2016 against the proposed accused and proceed the same as per law within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter, it was closed. He produced a copy of the Closure Report into the Court.

4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for the relief in accordance with law.
