Heard Mr.M.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.In an earlier Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.6347 of 2018, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, by an order dated 23.03.2018, had directed the official respondents therein to take action on the alleged encroachers in Survey No.89/1 situated in Boothamangalam Village, Melur Taluk. While observing so, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court had also directed the official respondents to give due opportunity to the private respondents impleaded in that writ petition, who are alleged to have been encroachers.

aforesaid writ petition. As such, his interest has also been protected by the Divison Bench of this Court in the order dated 23.03.2018. In view of the same, it would not be appropriate to consider the prayer sought for in the present writ petition, which is also connected with the earlier order of the Division Bench of this Court.
