PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying this Court to punish the respondent for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD) No.3180 of 2020, dated 18.02.2020. Prayer in WP(MD). 3180/ 2020 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to provide employment to the Petitioners daughter namely Pushparani daughter of late Govindhan by considering her educational qualification as per Serial No.46 of Annexure-I read with Rule 12(4) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes( Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Rules, 2016 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court For Petitioner :Mr.R.Karunanidhi For Respondent :Mr.Saji Bino Special Government Pleader
