This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned proceedings in C.C No.162 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi. The matter was referred for mediation. Before the Mediator, a settlement was arrived at between the parties. The Mediator has filed a report in this regard.
