PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent not to haras the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

ORDER

According to the petitioners, the petitioners have been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the complaint given by the second respondent has been enquired and during the enquiry, it is found that the complaint related to matrimonial dispute. Therefore, the same was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.
