O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this Court, in earlier, at the time of disposing the petition in W.P.(MD)No.1809 of 2019, directed the second respondent police to initiate enquiry. Obeying the order passed by this Court, the second respondent initiated enquiry, in which, both the parties are appeared and gave an undertaking to settle the dispute in the Civil Court. According to him, as of now, no petition enquiry was pending before the second respondent police.
