ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to demarcate the petitioner's land in Survey No.517/2A ID situated at Kalapakulam Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District, on the basis of her representation, dated 23.03.2015, within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of the property comprised in Survey No.517/2 measuring an extent of 2-7/8 cents situated at Kalapakulam Village and Panchayat and the said property was purchased by the petitioner in the year 1983 from one Prema. After purchasing the said property, the petitioner approached the respondent to issue separate patta in favour of her. Subsequently, vide proceedings DDR 1416, 1417, 1580/1998-99 separate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

patta was issued in favour of the petitioner and the land was subdivided as S.No.517/2 A 1D and thereafter, separate patta was issued to the petitioner on 23.03.2015 in respect of Survey No.5172A. The petitioner submitted an application before the respondent on 23.03.2015 to demarcate the property and he has also paid necessary fees. But, her application was not considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 23.03.2015 by affording opportunity to all the necessary parties if any and pass appropriate orders with regard to demarcation of the petitioner's land in Survey No.517/2A ID situated at Kalapakulam Village, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
