This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents not to interfere with petitioner's peaceful enjoyment and possession over his 3 1⁄2 cents property which is included in the pending suit in O.S.No.710/17 on the file of the Learned Subordinate Judge, Melur.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that if any orders has been passed by this Court, the respondent police shall proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent except under due process of law. 3.In the light of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

providing an opportunity to the parties concerned. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
