ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as 25th accused in S.C No.130 of 2016 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai. He did not appear on 02.05.2017. Hence, Non Bailable Warrant came to be issued.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner would personally appear on all future hearing dates without fail.
3.Recording the said undertaking, the petitioner is directed to appear before the jurisdictional Court on the next hearing date and apply for recalling the warrant. The Trial Court shall recall the warrant on the same day. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. If the said undertaking given by the petitioner is breached, this order would stand automatically vacated.
