ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 494 and 506(ii) in Crime No.Not Known, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that no previous is pending case as against the petitioners.
4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, Madurai District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
