ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.) This petition has been filed to secure and produce the detenu, viz., E.Prakash, who stated to have been missing from 13.03.2024. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.124/2024 has been given and that during enquiry, it came to light that the detenu, who is a major, has eloped with one 'X', who is a close relative and the petitioner had appeared before the respondent police and stated that no further action is required. 3.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed.
