PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 188, 341, 294(B) I.P.C r/w Section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, in Crime No.163 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The petitioners are permitted to surrender before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are permitted to inform the defacto complainant by a registered post regarding their date of surrender, when they shall apply for regular bail.
4. The Special Court is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners' bail application on the same day of surrender. 5.Considering the large number of petitioners, the Special Court is directed to permit the petitioners to furnish the common sureties.
