This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that in para 5 of the counter affidavit filed by R2 it is stated that the second respondent did not recover anything from the petitioner and he did not harass the petitioner in any occasion. Being the receiver of the stolen property, the second respondent has acted in accordance with law to recover the stolen property.
