2.This Court, by an order dated 17.07.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.7335 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall jointly deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/-[Rupees Thirty Thousand Only] to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, within a period of One week without prejudice to their rights and contentions before the Trial Court.
