Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of IPC and Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, in Crime No.1 of 2018, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 09.05.2018 onwards.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
