ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and (w) of the Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes (POA) Act of 2015 in Crime No.170 of 2016 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Taking note of the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to surrender before the learned Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The petitioner shall notify the de facto complainant with regard to the exact date of surrender through registered post. This communication shall be sent at-least one week in advance before the date of surrender.
