ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to furnish the details regarding the break up particulars of the dues payable by the third respondent to its creditors and other statutory authorities.

2.According to the petitioner, the second respondent / Authorized Officer called for a tender to sell the property belongs to the third respondent and the tender notification is bereft of particulars. Hence, the petitioner is not in a position to submit his tender application. Therefore, he made a representation dated 03.09.2014 to the second respondent to furnish all the tender particulars, regarding the dues payable by the third respondent, but no action has been taken on the representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the fact that the last date for submission of the tender is 09.09.2014 and the auction was scheduled to be conducted on 10.09.2014, now, due to lapse of time, the relief sought for by the petitioner is no more for exist. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
