O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned orders of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.368/2020/A2 dated 21.05.2020 and in Na.Ka.No.520/2020/A2 dated 29.05.2020.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, it is fairly submitted by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent TASMAC that, the impugned orders, dated 21.05.2020 and 29.05.2020, imposing some penalty and recovery of money from the petitioner, without issuing notice, has subsequently been withdrawn by the respondent, vide circular, dated 22.06.2020. Pursuant to the said withdrawal on 22.06.2020, a fresh show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives with regard to the present impugned orders, as the same have been admittedly recalled by the respondent on 22.06.2020.

3. The said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent TASMAC is not controverted by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. In view of the above, since nothing survives in this writ petition, as the impugned orders have already been withdrawn by the respondent on 22.06.2020, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
