The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of his application, dated 18.3.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The Petitioner claims that the subject property in S.NO.769, situated at Balakrishnapuram, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District is his ancestral property and third parties have obtained patta for the subject property without producing valid documents. Therefore the Petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents on 18.03.2023 seeking cancellation of patta issued in the name of third parties and restoration of patta in the name of original owners. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.
4.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate who appears for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/5
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the Petitioner, dated 18.3.2023 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and persons in whose name the revenue documents as on today stands, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.
6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
