This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2010 on the file of first respondent and to quash the same insofar as the petitioner who is the seventh accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.
