ORDER:- This petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 20.07.
2020 and the requisition letter of the III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, vide letter D.No.305 dated 01.09.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Ragatheeshkumar, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Ebinezer Jeuaseelan for the Second respondent, and of Mr.A.Joel Paul Antony Advocate for the Eighth Respondents, this Court made the following order. This Court by order, dated 20.07.2020, directed the learned District Judge, Tiruchirapalli, to dispose of the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.96 of 2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
2.Now, the learned Judge has requested further time to dispose of the above said case.

3.Since the request of the learned Judge is reasonable, this Court grants six months time from today to comply with the order of this Court, dated 20.07.2020.
