ORDER

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime Nos.571 and 523 of 2020. The petitioner alleges that even though he has specifically named one Selvi, she has not been arrayed as an accused. From a reading of all the materials enclosed in the typeset of papers, it is seen that Selvi's daughter, J.Rebeckaa Roshan went missing and the petitioner's son Udhayakumar is suspected to have taken her. In this regard, Selvi filed H.C.P.(MD)No.954 of 2020 before this Court. In such circumstances, the occurrence in question had taken place. I am not satisfied that a case for the transfer of investigation has been made out. However, the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police will monitor the investigation in both the cases. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
