Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.AR.JEYA RHUTHRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.6989 of 2018, dated 26.04.2018 for appearance before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for appearance is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
