ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.2 of 2015 before the Special Court of Vigilance and Anticorruption cum Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Trichy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been undertaken and final report has been filed as further action dropped on 22.06.2021. He would further submit that it was presentd before the concerned Court on 22.06.2021 and notice was also served upon the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has not received the closure report.

4. In view of the above the respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice on the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
