This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against him and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner and the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. He further submitted that since the complaint has been closed, there is no scope for harassment, as alleged by the petitioner.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
