Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. The writ petition stands disposed in the light of the subsequent development inasmuch as the petitioner has been allowed to participate in the auction which is scheduled to be held at 3.00 p.m., today for auctioning the shops belonging to the second respondent temple. W.P(MD).No.7528 of 2022 is permitted to file a Solvency Certificate within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case, the petitioner succeeds in the auction, the auction shall be confirmed subject to the petitioner producing Solvency Certificate within such time. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
