Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(criminal side)for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, since the point canvassed does not deserve any merit. Then, the learned counsel for the appellant sought leave to withdraw the petition. 2.Accordingly, leave granted to the learned counsel for the appellant to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, this Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
