This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 20.06.2014 and take appropriate action against the fifth respondent under the provision of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994.

2. It is seen that a direction is sought to the first respondent to take action against the fifth respondent who was President of Vatchakarapatti Village. Since the term of Office of the Panchayat President/fifth respondent is already over, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infrucuous. No costs.
