This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings initiated by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.6285/16/A7, dated 22.11.2016.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle as follows:
"Matter become infructuous. Liberty given to challenge the final order passed by the first respondent."
