The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, a condition was imposed by this Court to the effect that she shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only] to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai20, within a period of one week without prejudice to her rights and contentions before the Trial Court. The said condition has been complied with. The said submission is, hereby, recorded and no further order is necessary in this petition.
