2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.6 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 406 and 394(b) and 506(ii) IPC on the file of the respondent police.
