This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.132 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.132 of 2016 under Section 436 IPC, but so far, the respondent has not conducted the investigation and also not filed the charge sheet.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the investigation is under progress and three months time may be granted to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
