RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this court by order in Crl O.P No 1583 of 2022 dated 07.03.2022 and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALASUBRAMANIAN.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1583/2022, dated 07.03.2022. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that the investigation is pending, the condition may be modified. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 am., until further orders.
