RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 283 of 2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.16858 of 2021 dated 12/01/2022 and allow to waive appearance before the respondent police once in a month i.e, on first working day of every month at 10.30a.m.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.K.SAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.283/2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16858/2021, dated 12.01.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.
