To call for the records pertaining to the impugned judgment of conviction and sentenced passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli in Crl.A.No.13 of 2018 dated 01.07.2021 Confirming the judgment of conviction and sentenced passed by the Learned District Munsif, Tenkasi in STC.No.75 of 2016 dated 04.01.2018 and set aside the same.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUPPASAMY PANDIAN.G., Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5394 of 2021 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.503 of 2021, dated 18.08.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5394 of 2021 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.503 of 2021, dated 18.08.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Crl.R.C(MD) No.503 of 2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
