*********** This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the statutory appeal pending on the file of the respondent filed by the petitioner's father seeking for cancellation of joint patta. The petitioner's father is now no more and according to the petitioner he has already filed a substitution petition before the respondent. 2.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the statutory appeal filed in the year 2016 by the petitioner's father is disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also submits that the next date of enquiry is on 24.04.2022.

3.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on the statutory appeal in Na.Ka.No.5169/2016/m-1, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties whom the respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of four [4] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
