This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent not to interfere in business disputes and harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following and due process of law.

2.According to the prosecution, no petition or F.I.R is pending against the petitioner and therefore, no harassment to the petitioner at the hands of the respondent police. 3.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
