ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1613 of 2014, dated 05.12.2014, on the file of the first respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the final report. Further, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai had rejected the final report, on the ground that the same was quashed under Section 468 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
