This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.05.2018 and investigate and proceed with the same as per law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that the petitioner has agreed to approach the competent Court to seek his remedy, on the basis of the documents obtained by him from the proposed accused and therefore, the said complaint was closed.
3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
